1. Graduates of higher business schools in France who have obtained a diploma from a university and other Credential (such as MSc, MIM, etc.) at the same time, in which the English degree certificate and the French Credential are two independent certificates, can submit them separately. Please be sure to confirm which credential needs to be evaluated before uploading. Do not submit multiple Credentials in one application.
2. Graduates of engineer schools in France who have obtained an engineer diploma and other Credential (such as MSc, MIM, etc.) at the same time, in which the English degree certificate and the French Credential are two independent certificates, can submit them separately. Please be sure to confirm which credential needs to be evaluated before uploading. Do not submit multiple Credential in one application.
3. Applicants who have been awarded a degree but have not yet received a formal degree certificate:
(1) The Degree Awarding Letter submitted by the applicant is an official document issued by a French institution of higher education, and should bear the signature or seal of the head of the department and the academic affairs and contain the basic information such as the applicant’s name, date of birth, the name of the degree/diploma obtained and the date when the degree/diploma was awarded. The certification letter should clearly indicate that a degree/diploma has been awarded, and if the applicant provides the documents with unclear awarding information (meeting the degree/diploma requirements, completed courses, etc.), our Center will be unable to provide evaluation. The applicant is advised to submit the Evaluation Application after receiving the formal degree certificate.
(2) If the same certification letter contains information about two or more degrees/diplomas, the applicant must confirm the degree/diploma to be evaluated before uploading, and fill out the Consent Letter consistent with the evaluated credential (indicating the name of the degree/diploma to be evaluated in the remarks).
4. Applicants who have studied in France and have obtained a Credential from a third country are required to submit transcripts or studying proofs issued by French insitutions.
5. According to the requirements of the French institutions, applicants who have a Credential from the following institutions must fill out the Consent Letter in French:

6. If the Teaching institution is not the same as the Awarding Body, and the name of the Teaching institution is not displayed on the degree/Credential to be evaluated, the applicant must provide a transcript or proof of study issued by the Teaching institution.
7. If the degree certificate is issued by the French Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Sports, etc., and the name of the Teaching institution is not displayed on the degree/Credential to be evaluated, the applicant must provide an academic transcript or proof of study issued by the attending institution.
