Applicants who have studied in a private education institution in Singapore within the Evaluation Scope and have obtained a credential from a third country institution are required to submit a transcript or proof of study issued by the private education institution in Singapore.

Applicants who have studied in and obtained a credential from a private education institution in Singapore that is not yet included in the Evaluation Scope are advised to check whether the teaching institutions are registered with CPE and have obtained a 4-year EduTrust for Education. If so, the applicant is advised to have the private education institution in Singapore or Awarding Body contact our Centre (renzheng@cscse.edu.cn).

If the institution where you study in Singapore has not been registered with CPE or has not obtained the 4-year EduTrust for Education, it is at this time not within the Evaluation Scope of our Center.
